Acceptable Use Policy
Rules against misuse, unauthorised access, unlawful monitoring, abuse and security interference.
1. General rule
Use StoreSync lawfully, responsibly and only for authorised business or work-related purposes.
2. Account misuse
You must not share accounts, impersonate another person, use false details, access an organisation you are not authorised to access, or continue using access after you are no longer authorised.
3. Security misuse
You must not bypass security controls, probe or scan systems without written permission, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, scrape the service, overload the service or reverse engineer StoreSync except where law allows.
4. Data misuse
You must not upload personal data without authority, access staff records without a work-related need, export data for unauthorised purposes, use StoreSync for unlawful employee monitoring, or use staff data in a way that breaches law or your organisation’s policies.
5. Content misuse
You must not upload or send unlawful, harmful, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, abusive, obscene, misleading or infringing content.
6. Billing and plan misuse
You must not bypass plan limits, payment controls, usage restrictions, add-on rules or subscription checks.
7. Competitive misuse
You must not use StoreSync, its design, workflows, content, outputs or access to build, train, benchmark or support a competing product or service without our written permission.
8. Enforcement
We may suspend, restrict, remove or terminate access if we reasonably believe this policy has been breached or if use creates security, legal, operational or reputational risk.
